HR76 Wafer Dual Plate Lined Check Valve – NIPO VALVEHR76 lined wafer dual plate check valve is an automatic backflow prevention valve developed by NIPO VALVE. Adopting compact wafer connection and spring-assisted dual-disc structure, it is clamped between two pipeline flanges without integrated flange ends.The interior lining (PTFE/FEP/EPDM/NBR optional) delivers outstanding anti-corrosion performance, protecting the valve body from corrosive medium such as acid, alkali and organic solvents.Dual plates open under forward fluid pressure and close rapidly by spring torque once flow reverses, effectively preventing medium backflow and minimizing water hammer impact to safeguard pumps and piping system.
