   Working Condition Analysis:
In-depth understanding of various processes in the petrochemical industry, such as crude oil extraction, refining, and chemical product synthesis. The analysis includes fluid properties (corrosiveness, viscosity, particulate content, etc.), working pressure (ranging from low-pressure transportation to high-pressure reaction processes), temperature ranges (from low-temperature storage to high-temperature cracking), pipe diameter, and installation space.
   Material Selection:
For highly corrosive media, corrosion-resistant alloy materials or lining materials are chosen for the valve body and disc, such as Hastelloy and Monel alloys to resist acidic media corrosion, and fluoropolymer lining materials for dealing with highly corrosive media like fluorine. For high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, high-temperature, high-strength alloy steel materials are used to ensure the structural integrity and sealing performance of the valve under extreme conditions.
   Structural Design Optimization:
Based on fluid flow rate and pressure fluctuations, the internal structure of the check valve is optimized. For large-diameter pipelines, multi-disc swing check valves are used to reduce the rotational inertia of the valve disc, allowing it to respond more quickly to changes in fluid flow and effectively prevent backflow. For areas prone to water hammer effects, check valves with cushioning devices or slow-closing functions are designed to reduce the closing speed of the disc, minimizing the impact of water hammer on the pipeline and equipment.
   Manufacturing and Quality Control:
The check valves are manufactured strictly in accordance with international and industry standards. Each production step undergoes rigorous quality inspections, including material property testing, casting or forging quality control of the valve body, and assembly accuracy checks. Advanced nondestructive testing techniques, such as ultrasonic inspection and magnetic particle testing, are used to ensure no internal defects. Comprehensive performance tests, including pressure testing, sealing tests, and operational reliability testing, are conducted before delivery to ensure stable operation under actual working conditions.
