Ball valves are widely used in industries such as petroleum refining, chemical engineering, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, food, hydropower, municipal services, and steel. Among them, the anti-sulfur series ball valves are particularly suitable for long-distance natural gas pipelines with hydrogen sulfide-containing media, high impurities, and severe corrosion.
To meet the diverse needs of customers, ball valves are available in two major series: full bore and reduced bore. The full bore ball valve has an inner diameter of the channel consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline, which not only minimizes fluid resistance but also facilitates pipeline cleaning. In contrast, the reduced bore ball valve has a fluid resistance much lower than that of a gate valve of the same diameter, and its weight is about 30% lighter than that of a ball valve of the same diameter, effectively reducing production costs and prices, and thus has been widely used.
Our ball valves come in three structures: fire-resistant, anti-static, and lockable.
