The three eccentric butterfly valve has a bidirectional bubble-tight closing performance. This geometric shape ensures that the valve disc seal only comes into contact with the valve body seat at the closed position, thus avoiding friction or wear, and generating a torque that enables the elastic seal to have sufficient "welding" performance, ensuring uniform and consistent sealing contact.
Triple eccentric geometry
Eccentricity 1: The valve shaft is located behind the valve seat shaft, allowing the seal to completely and tightly surround and contact the entire valve seat.
Eccentricity 2: The centerline of the valve shaft deviates from the centerline of the pipeline and the valve, thus avoiding interference during valve opening and closing.
Eccentricity 3: The axis of the valve seat cone deviates from the centerline of the valve shaft, which eliminates friction during opening and closing and achieves a uniform and consistent compression seal effect around the entire valve seat.
