Valve Body Material and Lining Material
Protective Layer and Lining Material
External Protective Coating:For corrosion resistance, allvalve bodies are coated with epoxy resin paint. Acutators and hand wheels can be coated with electrostatic powder spraying for special operating conditions, covering the entire surface. These valves are suitable for extremely corrosive process environments.
Existing Specifications:
-Valves lined with FEP,DN20-DN150
-Valves lined with PFA,DN20-DN150
Lining Material
◆Hard Rubber - NR/HRL
Used for:Salt-containing water,
Diluted mineral acids, chlorinated water, Deionized water, electroplating solutions, and drinking water.
◆EPDM [Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer]
Suitable for both corrosive and abrasive slurries, mineral acids, and acidic slurries.
◆ETFE [Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene)
Suitable for strong acids operating at high temperatures and solvents operating at moderate temperatures in brackish water.
◆PFA [ Perfluoroalkoxy ]
Best suited for concentrated mineral acids, aromatic hydrocarbons, aliphatic, and chlorinated solvents operating at high temperatures.
◆Natural Rubber [AA/SRL]
Provides excellent wear resistance and is suitable for powders, abrasive slurries, clays, coal dust, dry fertilizers, and gypsum.
Diaphragm Structure and Materials
As the core of the diaphragm valve, the diaphragm directly impacts the lifespan of the diaphragm valve. For many years, we have been committed to improving and investing in diaphragms, providing customers with a comprehensive range of safe and reliable diaphragms.
Key Factors
Flexibility, Compression, Corrosion Resistance, Wear Resistance, Aging Resistance
Rubber Diaphragm
The custom-designed rubber diaphragm is perfectly aligned with the valve body to ensure maximum diaphragm strength and durability.
PTFE Diaphragm
The PTFE diaphragm features a two-piece construction.
The PTFE face plate and rubber backing enhance pressure resistance and service life.
The higher viscosity of PTFE particles makes it suitable for diaphragm material,
greatly enhancing the diaphragm's fatigue resistance.
Compared to ordinary diaphragms,
PTFE offers superior heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and service life.
The diaphragm is constructed of multiple layers of rubber and a reinforcing mesh.
The fastening studs are secured to the diaphragm using both mechanical and adhesive methods.
Raised ribs on the diaphragm sealing surface ensure a tight seal and low closing torque. The diaphragm is perfectly matched with the valve body and the pressure support arc, which prolongs the service life of the diaphragm
