Brief Introduction

In highly demanding industrial applications, the external and internal protection of a valve is just as critical as its internal mechanics. To ensure long-term corrosion resistance, all our valve bodies are meticulously coated with industrial-grade epoxy resin paint. For special operating conditions and extremely corrosive process environments, the actuators and handwheels can be fully treated with electrostatic powder spraying. This comprehensive surface coverage provides a durable barrier against environmental degradation, significantly extending the service life of the equipment and helping procurement teams reduce replacement frequencies and maintenance costs.

Existing Specifications:

  • Valves lined with FEP: DN20 - DN150

  • Valves lined with PFA: DN20 - DN150

Comprehensive Lining Material Options

Selecting the correct lining material is essential for maintaining fluid purity and preventing structural damage when handling aggressive media. We offer a diverse range of lining materials tailored to specific industrial requirements, ensuring reliable performance across various applications:

  • Hard Rubber (NR/HRL):

Highly effective for salt-containing water, diluted mineral acids, chlorinated water, deionized water, electroplating solutions, and drinking water systems.

  • EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer):

An ideal choice for managing both corrosive and abrasive slurries, as well as mineral acids and acidic slurries.

  • ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene):

Specifically designed to withstand strong acids operating at high temperatures and various solvents operating at moderate temperatures, including applications involving brackish water.

  • PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy):

The optimal solution for demanding chemical environments. It is highly suited for concentrated mineral acids, aromatic hydrocarbons, aliphatic, and chlorinated solvents operating at high temperatures.

  • Natural Rubber (AA/SRL):

Provides exceptional wear resistance, making it highly suitable for handling abrasive powders, abrasive slurries, clays, coal dust, dry fertilizers, and gypsum.

Diaphragm Structure and Core Materials

As the core component of the weir type flange diaphragm valve, the diaphragm directly impacts the overall operational lifespan and sealing reliability of the system. For many years, we have been committed to continuously improving and investing in advanced diaphragm technologies, providing our customers with a comprehensive range of safe, durable, and reliable diaphragms designed to minimize unexpected downtime.

Key Factors for Diaphragm Performance:

  • Flexibility

  • Compression

  • Corrosion Resistance

  • Wear Resistance

  • Aging Resistance

Advanced Construction Design

Our standard diaphragms are constructed using multiple layers of premium rubber integrated with a high-strength reinforcing mesh. To ensure absolute stability under fluctuating pressures, the fastening studs are securely attached to the diaphragm utilizing a combination of secure mechanical and adhesive methods. Furthermore, raised ribs on the diaphragm sealing surface are engineered to ensure a tight seal while maintaining a exceptionally low closing torque. The diaphragm is precisely matched with the valve body and the pressure support arc, a design synergy that greatly prolongs the service life of the diaphragm even under frequent cycling conditions.

Custom Rubber Diaphragm

The custom-designed rubber diaphragm is precisely aligned with the valve body's internal geometry. This precise engineering ensures maximum diaphragm strength and long-term durability, making it highly reliable for standard industrial fluid control and reducing the risk of leakage.

High-Performance PTFE Diaphragm

For the most aggressive chemical applications, the PTFE diaphragm features an innovative two-piece construction, combining a resilient PTFE face plate with a flexible rubber backing. This dual-layer design significantly enhances both pressure resistance and overall service life. We utilize PTFE with a higher viscosity of particles, which is specifically suited for diaphragm material, greatly enhancing the diaphragm's fatigue resistance during continuous operation. Compared to ordinary single-material diaphragms, our PTFE configuration offers superior heat resistance, exceptional acid and alkali resistance, and a substantially extended operational lifespan for critical process lines.
