Foot Pedal Type Oil Gauging Hole
The diameter of the measuring hole is 150mm, and is provided with a hole cover and loosening bolt which can be sealed. In order to prevent sparks caused by the impact of the hole cover and the iron device when closing, an oil resistant rubber pad or soft metal(copper or aluminum)are embedded in the sealing groove of the hole cover. Since the steel tape used for measurement is in contact with the outlet, it is easy to rub and generate sparks, so a copper(or aluminum alloy)sleeve is embedded inside the hole pipe, or a non-ferrous metal guide groove(tape feeding groove)is installed outside the fixed measuring point.
In order to ensure that the oil measurement is carried out along the same position and reduce the measurement error, aluminum or copper guide grooves are installed on one side of the inner wall of the oil measuring hole. There should be no weld seam in the bottom plate of the oil tank under the positive oil measuring hole, and if necessary, a metering reference plate can be welded there in order to reduce the relative error of each measurement.
The oil measuring hole is divided into pedal and rotating oil measuring holes, which are installed at the top of the oil tank and are used to measure the elevation, temperature and sampling of the oil products in the tank. Because the chemical materials have different degrees of harmful odors, they can not be discharged into the atmosphere during the measurement. In order to complete the measurement program, ensure that the environment is not affected and the operation safety of workers, environmental protection oil holes can play a role in this regard.
